Dead serious about the patch. I brought a couple from our Unit over to see the game, and give them the run down. The funny thing was us Army kicked the Navy in a little private game
I've requested transfer from Search & Rescue section into a trade. Signal Operator will require me to do my MOC for 6 months to 1 year. So if I get the request, then I do not deploy. Instead it's back to Eastern Canada for training. If i don't get it, then it's back to the SAR unit until then.
I'll let you know where I end up. If we're close by, or I can take liberty for a couple days and you're not far, of course we can hook up. I'll buy.

Bahrain is a little island in the Arabian gulf between Qatar and Saudi Arabia, just south of Kuwait.
My unit, and many others came into Saudi Arabia through Dhahran in 1991 and stayed in Khobar towers until field deployment.
Butch, key thing fer you is I think they allow alcohol. Saudia Arabia is DRY. In more ways than one.
To wrench this topic back on track, I LIKE the use of alias' in these tourney's. It allows another level of mystery and intrigue to the players when 'in-game.' It is harder than you think to keep track of your own deceptions. It also will add a bit of fun later on, when identities are revealed.... Say a newb pops a 'senior' player.
Just my 2 cents. Means very little as I'll probably not be playing.

I feel that there are more then enough mysteries in the game other then having to worry about who you are playing with and/or against. I think it would be good to know who is actually playing, but that does not necessarily mean you have to know which players are which on each Corp. or as another alternative which players are which players on which Corp. Besides even knowing which player is which player does not provide you any guarantees as to the strategies they will choose to implement or alter within or throughout the game.
BTW, as long as you raise a valid point by way of an appropriate means your opinion always matters… unless you are amongst favorers of fascism. [;)]

There are many players who play on servers under assumed names. They use it to test out scripts, strategies, or to play a game with out the pressure of having to perform because you're "1337". No one knows, no one cares. So why should that change because for a Tournament Game? As long as the rules are followed, I don't care who is who.
As for the fascism- those who discounted the opinions of others were the ones who burned the Reichstag.
Just because you don't agree doesn't mean there aren't any valid points raised.
You speak mostly tripe, but I still take the time to answer your points. Well, that is because it's really easy to do when the points raised are so sophomoric. But that's another story.

I served in the Navy in two different environments.
One environment the Motto was Haze Grey and under weigh.
The other Motto was: Any time, any place, any way.

Sorry for getting off topic Crosby.
I agree with you. Using alias' in a tourney does make the game interesting. Although the point had been brought up that you can usually tell a player from their tactics, etc. However, most players can adapt and adjust. Still, I always treat a player as someone new.

Here is Wildstar's Opinion which is good for nothing.
Like I have posted before, I think using aliases sucks.
I will play a game different against Sing than I would against Vulcan (no offense guys just an example)
And you cannot use 1 way of playing that is blanket against people.
I am sure you guys would play different with me on the server than you would if Rammar was on (no contest there)
But you get the point.
That is Wildstar's ramble of the day.
BTW Cena, Rey Mysterio, AJ Styles and The Sandman all suck. That covers the major feds Vulcan hehehehehe

You mentioned Reichstag within your post (as you always do, is this the only bit if history you know or something), then you go off rambling about how my post is sophomoric, could you really be that truly stupid? WTF, you think all these fancy words were created just for Hister and his band of jumping sign-posts?
BTW, the Nazi’s were by far from being the only “fascists” that have or had operated a government or Country within the recorded history of our World and not to mention that fascism in itself is by far itself is sophomoric. As my points are neither sophomoric, they are valid issues to be addressed, with valid topic of concern to be considered. But, you seem to miss that simply because you are so busy trying to lookup snappy ways to insult myself, you are either just missing the actual nature of my posts all together or you just honestly enjoy eating your boots.
Now if I brought up an issue say regarding “Photoning from FedSpace should this be allowed?”, that would in actuality be sophomoric as it is a game controllable setting that can be edited to each specific game as enabled/disabled and is in actually a non-issue GameOp theme preferred edit in the end or say I were to bluntly post a thread about your stupidity that again would also be sophomoric issue to be imposed as it utterly obvious to all; though remains as a contingency for future Ha-ha’s.
Now that being said sure my issue raised here would also be sophomoric if using aliases within a generalized game or tournament was apart of the actual theme of that game or tournament, though once again this is not the case either, and would still uphold a debate towards games or tournaments that do qualify to meet that (obvious) exception, regardless.

Here is a list of rejected Army slogan’s:
"Kill All That You Can Kill"
"Shower With Men"
"Knock Up Foreign Broads"
"All The Grits You Can Eat"
"Be A Flame Thrower, Not A Flame Broiler"
"Purple Hearts = Free Beers At Hooters"
"Whimsical And Human, Just Like M*A*S*H"
"Cubicles Are For Wusses"
"Napalm Means Serious BBQ"
"Over 1,000,000 Sheared, Beaten, And Worked Into A Sub-Human Fury!"
"Totally Beefcake and Proud of It"
"Beat Up Sailors"
"We Won't Screw Your Mind Up As Bad As The Marines Will"
"Kicking Nazi Tail Since 1942"
"Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Don't Accessorize"
"Risk Your Life for Freedoms No One Appreciates!"
"Play Doom… For Real!"
"Sure Beats Lurnin'!"
"Because Terminators Are Real"
“If you can't take a joke you shouldn't have enlisted”
There was an old one I can’t recall it thought: “If it moves wash it, if it is to big to move paint it, if you are not sure then wash and paint it!” something like that… sadly this slogan is about a 85% true representation of all military forces normal daily duties. At about 100-plus dollars per 5-gallons of paint and thinner (not including spray paint, pint mixers, primers, painting equipment, cleaning equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other maintenance HAZMAT and materials), it al gets very costly, very quickly as well.
