Well hmmm Undead and I are on a Corp together and Undead likes to cloak at SD on occasion but Doesn't bother to come move himself at extern. I have this uncanny knack of finding his anomalie and photoning it. I think I did it twice to him this last game. Kiss Kiss Undead.
