It not just my argument that won or my unbreakable analogy, its the fact you have had to defend so furiously this territory you primordially need to pee on to mark as your own. The joke is funny whether or not you realize you are it. But, why not post your absolute denial again?
No, thats my only reason for CONTINUING to post. I had a good talk with Xentropy and I think we each made valid points and parted amicably. But you're funny and I get a good laugh out of all your responses Oh, and if you think anyone can "win" in an argument based entirely on opinions, then you're an even bigger idiot than I thought, which is really saying something. And what territory is it that I'm supposedly "marking" as my own with those "primordial" urges? I'd be interested (and amused) to hear how you have once again completely missed the point of everything I've written in this thread Rexx got my point and was able to sum it up pretty clearly, but you.... you're just an idiot with a bone to pick. Thats ok though, like I said: You're funny So keep posting Stretch, I could use a few more good laughs [:P]

Heh, so you signed up for TCW as an alternate Stretch? hehe You do know that TCW will be a scriptfest full of all those "high level" scripters you hate so much, right? And I'm the hypocrite. LMFAO

Psion-
On one hand you condemn me for not "adapting" and then on the other you condemn me for continuing to play Tradewars. Wouldn't that be the only hypocritical point to be made? I haven't quit Tradewars simply because I think the game is broken. Hell, the game has been continously broken since I started playing it!
PS: I hope I am assigned to your team. Maybe then I'll be allowed in the closed vault of uber secret scripts so I can then change my mind and think noninteractive attack scripts are the most balanced part of Trade Wars.

What makes you hypocritical is the way you piss and moan about the evils of high level scripters, then sign up for a scriptfest. You've shown no inclinations to "adapt" to the game until now, just continued with your tirade about what an absolutist "high level" hypocrite I am. You've been extremely resistant to adapting, in fact. You've been insisting that you need server options (which you persist in thinking I'm against) to play the game the way you like it - without offensive scripts.
I almost hope we're on the same team too. Corpies are MUCH easier to photon As for cracking open the (nonexistent) "closed vault of uber secret scripts"? HA! I wouldn't piss on you if you were fire, let alone give you a single script. And no thats not to protect the secret script monopoly of the "high level" scripter's cabal, its because you're a jackass.
Don't ever change Stretch, you're too much fun the way you are Buh-bye now.

My playing of Tradewars over the last 5 years shows I have long had the ability to adapt (remember when you demanded this information as if it was relevant?). Which is exactly what you can't wrap your brain around. I don't want to always play the high scripter = advantage way. That's why I want options, which you are against despite your stance that everyone should be able to play TW the way they want. You're the only hypocrite to grace this thread. I can reconcile wanting the game I sysop to be played one way, but the multitude of games I choose to play in another. This is about choices which you cannot fathom as an absolutist.
At this point please get more corpies to compliment your pure pwnge on this thread. You are about due for another round of Butt kissing when you have obviously been wiped up and down the floor.

Wiped up and down the floor? So says the idiot who still thinks I'm against having the server options? LMFAO Its pretty ballsy to claim that you've somehow "won" when after so many repetitions you still don't know what my stance is, haha. You are just soooooo precious! Keep em coming dude, I haven't laffed this hard in a long long time

hehe if stretch was in the game me and psion are playing right now and saw the speed and precision of our pwarp photons he would be more against scripts than he already was if that is possible .
COrp 5- Gemini, Stockton, Traitor, Psion, Dragon
Corp 9- Zep, River Rat, Snow White, Bazzarr, Hoot Owl
Several other corps have conceded..
It is reminiscent of the civil war when troops fought for inches a day in a bloody field, we grid hourly sector by sector and torps fly by the hundreds.. its crazy.. stretch would tweek.. we have to find little pockets that the enemy is afk.. btw we winning the battle Total dead ends: 2932. We have 2853 dead ends figged. Your empire is crumbling corp 9 <smirk>
Has been a fun game except for the no death delay, Corp one looked like they had a clear win untill we rode their planet back to base and capped all their shiznit.. woot im pumped for TCW..

To sum it up, your official position is:
1. For everyone playing how they wish
2. For tedit options
3. Don't think anything needs to be changed despite positions 1 and 2.
You see how 3 doesn't make sense? Maybe I should post dictionary definitions of words learned as a 4 year old so it sticks. We probably just have some confusion over the definition of hypocracy: A show or expression of feelings or beliefs one does not actually hold or possess. I hope you understand now or you're long gone and I will pray for you.
