LOL Low turn, low time limit games, you won't see everyone logged in at once. In all my games except "Cabin Fever", players delete after 30 days. 7 days for Cabin Fever. Right now I have 17 players according to MB's bot. I only started it once on your server and I killed it after I seen you boot it. I figured you didn't want it run on your server. Besides, if I had continued it would have just hurt the v2 stats further since your server has very little activity anyway. You sure have a funny way of working for the good of Tradewars.
