If the edits and server is cool, I could go for some Heads UP TradeWars.

Hey! I just remembered! I have a server! What edits you want? What size universe? How many turns? And when you say 1v1 you mean only 2 people in game? Would there be observers? Post daily logs? I do not have a web page but I would send daily logs to someone to post on thiers.
Let me know, my server has been really stable of late (cept for the current T-Storms each night).

Marcellus Wallace Says: no low turn EP.
That would depend on what the 2 players wanted

An interesting short-game non-unlim variant might be 24000 turns/day (1000/hr--or 48000 for 2000/hr if you think that'd still be too slow) and manually editing both players to 1000 turns to start, and instant citadels(*). Semi-equivalent to a 1000 turn game, but with a day passing every hour, basically. Could even run extern hourly. You'd have to have a trusted ref (or the sysop himself) actually watch the game and bring somebody back on the hour instead of day if #SD# though(*). Of course, in a 1v1, you may just want to set it up as a sudden death tourney (1-death limit) anyway so games don't stalemate.
Would be an interesting way to set up a fast game that still has turn considerations. Deathmatch TW. [:)]
(*) Heh, once I have direct write access to the files worked out, it'd be a piece of cake to do things like have citadels that take X hours instead of days to build, and bring back #SD# players the next hour instead of day.

I'm a turns player. If the objective of 1v1 is to see who the better solo turns player is, then it can't be done in a night.
Set the time limit to a week. Set various win scenarious, like a 2k turn/5k sector capture the flag (Whoever owns Ferrengal at the end wins) or 1k/1k 2 death limit with no fed squatting. Throw in some edits that favor blues too. Someone better at balancing edits should make turn/sector decisions.
A tie is a push, and those players would play someone else in the next round, with different edits. Then have the final 4 in a single game, 2 death limit, stockish edits. Last man standing is king of the hill.

Enjoy your unlims then. There aren't a lot of good options for fast-paced turns games, but I think Elder's (and mine, but I'm biased ;P) post is a good start.

Hey, Wildstar, in a 2 on 2 I would be happy to play your Blue. About a 1v1, I think a Saturday night fight scenario is right, log on, duke it out, 1000 sectors, unlim turns, last man standing (or awake, lol) wins. No bathroom breaks on this one, hehehe!

For those of you who never played the Saturday Night Death Matches. Here was the set up.
Game banged at 8:00 pm.(TRUCE TILL MIDNIGHT)You would get in and depending on how Sven felt on corp sizes 1-5.You would make a corp and get buddies in your corp.If size was 1,it was you. Then you would grid, cash or whatever till 11ish.He would then give every corp 1 L6 planet with I think a billion credits on it.You would then buy what you wanted then grid till 12 when truce was over. Then it was kill all.Last one there won.You could also make your own planets and they would go to L4 instantly so you could pdrop. But man it was a fun time.
If there was enough intrest in these edits,I could Make the game real fast useing my Wildstar's Revenge edits and tweek them.Would just need a host.
Thanks for reading Wildstar's longest post ever.

Those kinda matches sounds kewl, now is this also a 2-4 players limited to the game type of setup or is it as long as the total number of players remains even per game type of setup, (by setting the corporate limit to either one or two players.)
