I say we go based on how many rounds of picks there would be(so say 30 players, 10 rounds) then use a script to randomly choose who picks 1st 2nd and 3rd in each round. Many of us could easily modify a tri-con script to do such a thing.

Its fair, but prolly not really all that neccesary as we all trust vader, but its a suggestion.

Well the only "fair" way to do a draft is to have a reverse order draft ie 1-2-3-3-2-1-1-2-3-3-2-1 and the first pick randomly done of course . This way the team that gets the "best" player in the first round will get the worst in the 2nd round. Only other way would be to fight for it.

In KI:
Snow White, Dr Doog, Uncle Sam, Kernall, Me.
Since people insist I am elite, 1 elite player.

In TCW:
Oz, Rammar, Me, DF, rider, Zark
2 Elites.

In general I do not bring "stacked teams" and in KI a underdog team.

For USO, sure I plan on bringing a good team, it is a major.

I'm deciding who picks first. Real un-TW method too. Putting all 3 of the ceo's names in a hat, drawing them out. That's the first 3 pick order. Then, reverse.

OMG! NO! It must involve flame wars, arguments and name calling! Otherwise it isn't TW!

Ya I think a little blood and guts over the fighting for first pick was gonna be exciteing well that ruins all the fun... Well to me who cares who goes first, their is more then 1 good players playing this draft.. Just looking forward to the massive chaos and fun!!!!

Why don't you rotate the draft order? 123231312123...etc? That way everyone drafts in each position. In a reverse order, draftee #2 never picks first for a round, whereas draftee #'s 1 and 3 get to make 2 picks back to back every other round. I guess thats just that college degree in Sport Management that I just receieved...nevermind that little thing

2nd best every round is my personal fav position, it evens out. HHH your method works but it just amounts to preference, you'll "should" get even teams with either method.
