Graz is right, if he was going to cheat, he would cheat all the way. Level 6 citidels with full shields. A ton of figs so you wouldn't be able to invade them.

He might not have ported at the home port so just in case he moves the planets or figs, someone cannot Grimmy him there. Sometimes I do not port at the ports my planets are at, and instead buy from a remote port that sells Ore and twarp the Ore into my planet. Esp if the home port does not sell Ore. Once Ore is on the planets, I can colonize them with twarp.

See if he logs back in and takes back the planets. Show us a capture of that. It is a 1000 turn game, he may be able to make enough cash to buy more figs. Not a whole lot, but some more. If say he makes 27K figs doing red scrits, and you know that is his only base, and he takes it over with limited turns using more than 27K figs. You may have an example of a cheater then.

Keep in mind the 144834 figs, how many of them are yours? Does he have any more that you know of?

After 26 days, shouldn't you get more than 1 exp for an unused port? Or does that happen in 30 days? I seem to recall getting 2 exp at some times when the game was older. Or does that not happen any more?

As for grimmy, i've tried to do that to help track him down, been unable to for the past week keeps saying "Sorry, no information on him" and that's going shortly after he's done playing.

Of the fighters, maybe 10k are mine, if that. No, i don't know of any others. i really striped down to invade him.

Truth be told, if I thought a game op was cheating i'd simply leave the game and find another server. Lord knows there's plenty out there. I've seen this 'complaint' quite often in these forums and it's sad that a few people who simply can't resist getting that little edge can make the honest game ops look suspect. In any game, and I will say I prefer a long-lasting one, I go out trading and exploring. That's how I make the bulk of my exp and money. I'll capture alien ships and sell them for the cash and just keep trading ships up till I'm in the best one I can be in. It's not real hard to make money and exp in any game.

Only for alien ships that are worth millions of credits. Capping Ferrengi Assault Traders are not worth the waste of Figs. I'd rather cap a Dreadnaught and then use it to cap a Scorpion.
