I dont have any problems at all.My only problem is when I twx density scan and swath errors every time.I dont have conflict problems because when you have the user you are useing in the front,it uses its keys so the other ones are just like windows.Like when i use the 1 key macro's in jtwat,if I am in the swath, itwont work, but if I am in the jtwat window,it does.I like all the scripts it would just be nice if a helper put all the stuff in 1.

Thanks for the Kudos, yes I do have all my macros memorized, as far as which Fkey or button I need to use.
When playing in TIME limit games its good to have your most used scripts on Zoc buttons, so instead of starting a TWX script the same old way, I program the input into a BUTTON and let zoc start and run the twx for me.
I'd be willing to try different telnet progs, if I knew of any that did what zoc does. ZOC was most used and I still have lots of REV-SCRIPTS....hell if you dont have a script make a set of macros to do your work hehe.
Not always possible, but wherever I can use macros I use em.

I use a lot of macros myself, most times the macros I make up are specific to what I am doing at the time and I just use the macro recorder in Swath for one instance of what I want the macro to do then tell it to run as many times as I need it. Keep up the good work tho.

I use twx swath and zmud. zmud lets you do bursts from a command bar at the the bottom of the screen, just point and click, type in your burst and hit enter. The best feature and the one I use the most is the triggers, very easy to make, you don't have to know scripting to make triggers, just how to make macro's. you can make buttons in zmud as well. http://www.zuggsoft.com/zmud/down.asp
check it out, it has a 30 day free trial.

Even with the advances made with SWATH v1.6.1, ZOC is still the best for all around play. Noone wants to have 3 helpers for the same game. Like Res said, ZOC allows you to put 32 buttons on the top part of the ZOC screen. All labeled, so nobody has to memorize dick. On top of that, you can use The Reverend's menu (ZOC/Rexx) scripts, and rotate the 32 buttons. SO you can have 32 BLUE / RED / PLANET / INFO / WAR buttons mapped. Just hit WAR -- and Zzzaaappp it's GO Time!
Also, scripts and macros are maintained in Text Files, which are also reached by a menu button - add a WAR script on the fly - save the text file - and click WAR button to start using the new mac.
It's just TOO Darn easy...!

you can get it there. I find it more useful then zoc, but then again some ppl say otherwise. I was always told it was a really fast telnet connect.

Tera Term is freeware, available at:
http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA002416/ttermp23.zip
If you want a really good terminal program, try Telix, also free:
http://sac-ftp.externet.hu/comm19.html
Files you need are tfw115d1.zip and tfw115d2.zip
Telix programming languae, SALT, is very similar to C.

what dont you like about zoc?
The scroll speed?
Its adjustable...4 settings.
32 user defined buttons
20 user defined Fkeys
32 auto macros
32 auto reply macros
Run TWX/BURST via zoc buttons.
What do you use with TWX....?

I have to say, this was a very good tutorial on ZOC usage. I am not missing SWATH at all (well maybe the info and comm windows). It does scroll a lot slower than SWATH, but I guess I can get used to it.
