Cowboy used to play in lots of different games, but decided he didn't like them and sticks to the smaller ones. Also, I wouldn't really consider him one of the best players.

Ok, maybe I worded the statement incorrectly. But the general idea I think you understand. Their are those that function great as a team and they generally play corp games and their are those that work well alone and play Solo's. Everyone is good at their respective strengths. I was just fishing to see what kind of interest their might be in a Large turnout Solo game.
We already know who the stronger corps are in the game today. Would be interesting to also see who is top's in Solo as well. Both are respectable achievements. I guess the same would apply to Unlimiteds too.

P.S - I'd be up for draft or lotto as well.

P.P.S: I'd be up for a draft/lotto as well. Who would be willing to handle the tournament setup??
P.P.P.S: What kind of settings would be looking for in a lotto/draft - purley stock?

Cowboy is a fine TW player. Underated in my opinion. Probably because he prefers a low profile and seldom ever posts anywhere.

Few people truly like pure stock. I would assume you are just referring to ships/planets, not turns, sectors, photons, steal delay, etc.

And I hope he meant roughly stock ships. Because a havoc gunstar needs 80 holds to be playable. =)

Yes. I've played some horribly edited games. I find a slight tinkering with the edits is best.
Count me in for a draft game.
