Hopefully that's an artifact of the fact that the TWA was saved out during a mid-beta version on twgs.classictw.com, so it didn't go through the proper data import procedures on the latest version. Maybe keep an eye on that to see if any other older TWAs come in with 0 port strength. That shouldn't happen. Should be 100% for anything prior to like TWGS v2.08, and rare after that.

I guess you should look over all the settings to make sure nothing else is funky.
