I came across a webpage that might amuse you all:

It is a page on the ZoneAlarm website, a firewall and anti virus product, and has an unusual clickable link titled “Users who have no internet or email access at all and cannot uninstall or shutdown ZoneAlarm, please Click Here.”

Clicking on the link brings up a helpline phone number. I would guess that the operator doesn’t receive many calls.

LOL. From the site: "Note: All other calls to this line will not be accepted."

I've ran into similar problems. Was installing a wireless nic last week and it kept wanting to go online to get the drivers.

Actually if you'll notice, when you click the link, the subject line above changes and gives you the access number along with that warning message in red.
