It is about time that this comes to pass. The money the government has spent trying to enforce the unenforceable, and the lives that have suffered because of the laws is insane. Eliminate the law, eliminate the criminals and their income. Drug wars, lol, grow your own and the cartels get hit harder in the pocketbook than the governments ever could. The government makes money instead of spending it trying to stop illegal sales and paying for people (many who are otherwise law abiding) to be in jail. Yeah, the lawyers may not like it as one revenue stream dries up, but that is life. There are drawbacks to be sure, but the positive far outweighs the negative.
