Good question, I think we should have 2-3 days to prep with the corp. I understand the random corp gen will only work in game with every one. so any way to make the test game a pw game and have every who IS playing join and the create the corps?

Promethius or someone who is familiar with the corp generator he posted should chime in here? I'm not sure how the program works.

Big D, is it possible to have everyone to sign into the preview game under the name the will be playing under and run the corp generator before the real game even opens? That would give us time to collaborate and discuss with our teammates, but everyone who is playing would have to log into the preview.

Big D has stated the game that he is so graciously banging for us for THE FIRST ROUND of the turns based game SERIES. This is the game we are playing. See how it says what the settings are, including that it is a 4-man corp game with randomly generated corps and a freakin' 12 hour time limit.

For those of you who were whining about the voting of the BYOC/Not-BYOC, if you notice, there never was a spot to vote for it, it has been a STATEMENT since the BEGINNING that the corps would be randomly generated for THIS GAME because the point of it is not to please everyone, but to get a game that is a close enough COMPROMISE to what everyone wants and get people together who might not have played together before. This is NOT a place for BYOC by its very nature.

Maybe for the SECOND ROUND we will have BYOC, no time limit, or whatever other thing you guys wanna do, but this game is to bring everyone together, the SECOND game is where we will add variety.

There is really no need for all the sniping that is going on. And there really shouldn't be much up for debate on this one, except who is in and who is out.

So yes, there is probably a setting here or a setting there that you disagree with, thats expected, no game is perfect. There is a setting or two here that I don't think is perfect, but thats not enough to stop me from recognizing that this game is probably going to be the most fun that I've had in a game for a while simply because of the fact that there are going to be PEOPLE there. And if everyone lets a setting or two stop them from playing this game, then no one will show, and it will just be some other turn game that no one is in.

Is that what you guys really want? For even a game that people were interested in to fail? Then you might as well just kiss TW in general goodbye if we can't get the most interested players to colaborate on ONE SIMPLE GAME.

I have faith in you guys to overcome your differences for the sake of a good game. I know those of you who have been on the bandwagon the whole time will be there, and I hope some of you guys who think that the time limit is ridiculous or that non-BYOC is lame will be there, ready to play their turns in 12 hours or less for their assigned corp anyway.

Now... I have only two questions:

And who besides me is excited about this game, y'all?!?
I'm tired of finding empty turns games.

Ok i have an idea but it would take alot for the person doing it. just bang a closed game and create the players in the game run the generator then bam u have the corp. would be alot of work for the person doing this though.
