 Hey all,
This just happened to occur to me. I don't know why I hadn't thought of it in so long, but, what ever happened to the tw conventions we used to have. I know of at least 2 that went down several years ago, one was in las vegas. I wasn't able to attend, transportation costs and all, but I never hear about em anymore. Hell even though a lot of players don't play anymore I know a lot of em check in and read/post msgs. Is it that just no one is interested? -LT |

So far it seems i'm correct, was searching for info on this on the net, and the last one was, i believe in the year 2000 in las vegas....

Good Point LT, I have to type my posts more carefuly these dayts,
cause thay get call BS posts, but can you think of somthing we can do to correct this? i dont know, some of us getting together. a team to set it up, get the info and prices of the hotels and such? i didnt make it to the last one and didnt hear about the first one. but yes im up for a convention. There was a convention in 2001 in Virginia Beach. They tried to set one up in 2002, but while I lot of people were interested, only 1 or 2 people were willing to commit for sure, so it never happened. I don't know of anyone trying to organize one since then.

Sadly, I had thought of trying to get you guys to the Mississippi Gulf coast. There was a lot to do there that I thought you'd like. Now, I'm not sure how long it will take to rebuild.

I tried to setup another one in Vegas again, but not a whole lot of response. Another in Vegas would be the best bet because the airfare is so cheap for all.
