guard dogs don't work when it someone you know (the dogs know them too)rips you off, i've got 2 full grown pitbulls that bark at almost anything, yet someone (think i know who but cant prove it) ripped me off, and yes i have severed my ties with that person.

I got into a small fender bender the other day, no one hurt.
but the POLICE would not come out to do a report for the insurance
company, can any one explane to me "What do cops do Today"
that thay use to do, but not anymore? has it come down to just
giving out tickets, so city can have a cash flow? are POLICE
realy there to portect and serve YOU or CITY? im sorry
I said Police, the new WORD is "LAW INFORCEMENT"! so i guess
I answerd my own question. sorry.
