Digging this post up from last month. My "new" server has plenty of horsepower and more than enough bandwidth; throw me a note if you want to put this together. I am even happy to custom-build a game to order (complete with edited ships/planets, or not) per your guys requests.

Here's what I've seen thus far:
Turn-based (between 500 and 1500 per day), no delays, stock-esque port regen, rob/steal, terra population, etc.
Lower sector count, looking like around 7500 give or take. Planets with tweaked citadels for quicker ramp-up, rework the dead-weight ships into something more usable.
And from experience [;)] without any alien traders / ferrengi / other external goofiness.

If this is near what you guys want, I can get it started this weekend.

heh, ya. stuff has come up with my team. ive been somewhat busy, oz isnt gonna have a static schedule for a while yet, and fear disappeared back into EVE. so my attempts to get together a game have been somewhat put on hold.

Advice from the last person that waited on certain parties to run a custom game for them, in the same manner that you're doing now: don't hold your breath. I'm sorry if certain people take offense to my wording, but I thought it was rather rude to string me along.

You know, certain people here have talked about how admins should tailor the game to what the players want if they want to have players on their server. What a joke. I offered to put up whatever the players wanted, rather than my own ideas, and look how that ended up. I applaud your efforts Albuquerque, but I hope people don't sorely disappoint you the way they did me. [:(]

well my corp fell apart and compition wasnt all that easy to scrounge up, not to mention real life.
and this has nothing to do with tailoring games to your players, this was one specific game in TBA status. im sorry if you thought something else was goin on but twars took a big hit after BG3 and its hard to get a good game goin nowadays.
