Back in the 1980's almost everyone was a newbie. I was a much better player in the mid to late 80's and often gave grants to other players to make the game more challenging for me and my corp. I only played blue and almost always had an ISS. I would build galaxies of planets and PPT, and let my corpmates do the attacking and invasion, or ppt when funds were low. Back then it was a one at a time game on a BBS. No online players.

Now someone can kill a newbie by dropping 1K Off figs around the stardock.

Speaking of Which is the bbs down im unable to connect.

lol, ya i just read all the posts.. i can only assume no one played on it and so he shut it down. there are many servers who post here that they have slower games, simply find one and give er a go. also, Draconis is always willing to help new people, he has his icq posted there, i am also always willing to teach new people. wether you want to come to a competitive server with me or have me come to a more discreet server with you and help you out in a more low key manor, im all for that. 207-107-486
when you do get good, its better to find twgs' that dont have op's playing so stuff like this doesnt happen.

This is a top notch and expensive dedicated server for the real players. This game was not meant to be played like that. It is RUDE, and disrespectful for punks to act like this. You are not welcome to act like that on a server that is free and open to the respectful public.

Most players that I know, and I have played this game for more than 15 years, don't act like this. This is the actions of delinquints that have to much time and no self esteem that have to trash other players to enjoy themselves. So, find somewhere else to take your crap, and have a great life.

what i find funny is that people can play for 15 years and still not have a clue how to play. if you had a two week headstart, there is no way even good players should be able to come in and dominate like they did. do everyone a favor and rename your server to something like "UltimateNoobTw.com" or "UltimatePreSchoolTw.com"

i know i'd be pretty pissed to show up at the ultimate tw server only to find out that it is chaulk full of nubs.
