Just a quick question...In a game, the stardate is correct for today 01/20/18, but it says the day of the week is Saturday! What causes that? And how does that effect the game?? Does that effect ports and thier opening date planet upgrades ect...Is t-edit being used possibly??

Sorry thought it was gonna be quick, but the more I thought about it, the more I wondered.

And can I use the excuse as why I didn't go to work today was that I was informed today was Saturday and I don't work those.....Laff

Laff... yea. You can use it as an excuse if you want. Not sure if your boss will accept it, tho. =)

Game day is normally 1 "day" ahead of the normal day. Atleast it's always been that way that I've seen. Just go around and hit "ct" as you visit different servers. It does effect port prices and haggle (hump day, weekend specials), doesn't effect planet upgades as cit times aren't based on the day of the week (atleast that I've ever noticed).

01/20/2018 is a Saturday. So if anyone asks what the current day will be in 2018, you now have an excuse to fire up Tradewars and get the day of week. I too doubt that the boss would buy the excuse, however it might be worth a try.

See above posts, but also be aware, that time zones may may the day of week seem incorrect to you (but it would seem date should reflect that) Example would be Vid's in Guam, they are usually on a differant day...[B)]
