Is it possible for the sysop to change the warps between sectors mid-game. In other words, if a bubble was DEFINITELY a bubble a week ago (made the gate an avoid and tried to reach every sector inside from the sector immediately outside, from SD and from Sector 1) but suddenly there is a one-way warp into the middle of it the day after I move in, is it a glitch, or is the sysop playing games???????

And no, I didn't have other avoids entered then that I have cleared since - I already thought of that! :)

Well if you checked for back dooors on the said buble and made sure you had no avoids set when you did and it reported back that your buble was in fact secure.
Then as game ages , it will never change.
Assuming that the SysOp/GameOp can keep their finger out of Tedit.

Now as a side note .. Version 35 had a bunch of errors in it and has been updated alot since then.
If you feel that you have been wronged , move on .. o a new server running a more up to date version [:)]

There are so many other servers out there , and no reason to play on an outdated version unless your exploitting some bug in that verson.
Get with the times .. find another server Micro's List to play at.

I believe the Sysop is able to change pretty much anythiung in a game with Tedit. I may be wrong on that matter. Also if you voided your bubble gate and you couldn't plot a course to the back of your bubble, it DOES NOT mean your bubble is secure. After voiding your Bubble Gate, try plotting a course to the back of your bubble, but from like 4 or 5 different spots. Since the game does not plot courses over 45 hops it's best to try to get in your bubble from all over the universe, just to make absolutly sure there is no "lost" one way into your bubble

Sector warp information can be modified in TEDIT after a game begins.

However, if you can contact the sysop of this server, I'd suggest you email/icq/whatever him or her and ask them to upgrade the server to the latest public release available from the downloads section of the site. Twenty revisions have been released since .35 was considered up to date.
