I read the other couple of posts on population and production, and have found a question I need assistance on... I have a Mountainous planet that drops fuel production as soon as I hit 20,000k colonists on fuel (the "k" is because the table lists colonists as 1000s - the actual table displays 20,000 @ 2 cols /unit = 10,000 daily product). As soon as population grows above 20,000k, production starts decreasing instead of increasing. THe other categories (Org and Equip) don't seem to suffer from this. Any idea why this is so and if there's anything I can do about it? Do I need certain proportions of Fuel/Org/Equip workers in order for them to be productive or something? Thx.
