I used to play TW2002 on a MBBS back in '94-96. A few weeks ago my wife happened to find a site with a TW game on it. Since then I have been lurking every TW board I can find and reading up on every article I can get my hands on. There are alot of "popular" edits out there that I feel everyone knows except me. In the rebangs section I see posts like Elite's for example 4 diffrent edits Sub Zero, Wildstar, Art of War, and Boneyard. On another post I see Paradise edits, and on another they are talking about Iron Men and Wooden ships. Is there a reference guide that I cannot seem to locate, or is there a way I can get educated on which edit is which? |

All these edits are made by the sysops...The best way is to find out who made the specific edit an ask them for a copy of settings...Or do a search in this forum alot of time people will post a full list of edits in the forum before they bang the game so people can get a feel for the edits before they start...Another is to go into each game look at the edits and write the ship/planet edits down on paper then the next time that game bangs(even if it on a different server) you will be ready... It's hard to find "descriptions" on those edits, even within the games themselves. |
