Is it possible to move a planet that is under construction? A truce ends in my game in 4 days and I want to move a planet that 5 days from having a fully built planetary shield. Can I move it while construction is taking place?

If its Level 4 Planetary Thrusters on its way to level 5 Planetary Sheilds yes, If you have enuff Fuel on planet and a fig in the sector you want to move it too. Once a planet is level 4 it warps.

Take TW55's advice, he taught me how to play red in a MBBS EPOCH game. Very knowledgeable.

If you don't have enough Fuel Ore to twarp, then buydown the closest SXX port that you can to the planet. I usually put planets near SXX ports and upgrade them to sell lots of ore and then buy them down. Grazhoppa learned that when I bought down a SXX port for the Class H he tried to take over and got blasted by the quasar cannon for major damage. We also had 50K collies working on ore. The more ore you have the better the q-cannon will deal damage. Be aware of ptorps, they can dampen your q-cannons. Once you get a shielded citidel, put at least 200 planet shields on it (use 2000 ship shields) then the ptorp won't knock out the q-cannon.
