Any good formula for max fighter production?

Just keep all the colos on your planets only in the production area in which that planet excells, this will max your fighter production for each planet ie put them all in organics on an 'O' and in fuel on 'Ms' and 'Hs'.

You will get most figs per colo off an 'M'. But because of its higher population limit, you will do better in the long run with 'O's.

If you keep your colo numbers just under 10% of the planets max storage capacity for that commodity (except 'H' - 5%)it seems to keep everything optimised. [:)]
