A friend of mine is trying to join my corp. He is a good (5600 exp, 1200 alignment) and I am an evil (7275 exp, -45000 alignment). He cannot join my corp because apparently we are too opposite? What are the restrictions on joining a corp? Once joined, can he stay in the corp forever? I know he will get an exp or alignment hit, what are the percentages and do they affect him everyday, or just the first day?
