Ello everyone, i now have a lvl 4 planet, umm i set my qcannon to QCannon power=0%, AtmosLvl=70%, SectLvl=50%, why is power at 0%?

thanks also i have
-=-=-=-=-=- TransWarp power = 175 hops -=-=-
does this mean i can start moving my planet?
