Hello. I just captured an evil player's ship, rather than destoying him. Then I went to the Police to claim the Bounty, and they have "no record" of me destroying the player.

Is is because I captured his ship rather than destroying it? Or does it take a certain amount of time for a "kill" to register with the PD?
