From what I understand people with more than 100 ftrs are towed from fed at extern. But today that didn't happen. We had 1 person with 250 ftrs and another with 6000 at Sol, I checked at extern and am pretty sure they weren't on.

3 people were towed, 1 of which was from sector 1 (for violating limited arms), not sure of the others. Sol had been blown. But 2 of these players had not been towed. I noticed a similar problem at dock a few days ago, but dismissed it thinking I must've missed something. Now I don't know.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? Anything known to cause this or am I just hallucinating?

first you will have to assure that you over populate the squatter list .. and if your trying to make sure you get them to move .. overload and your guys have less figs then them , maybe 5 figs or less.
then I think in most cases they will be towed .. but it may have just a little to do with how parked first.

Ihave seen it before and not sure why they don't get towed cause if they have over 100 figs it doesn't matter if overloaded or not
