I want to thank everyone for their very informative answers on my last post. I have another question I hope you might help me with. I have seen posts refering to a corp having 2 reds and they clear each other's busts. What does this mean and how is it done? Does this mean that the game only tracks the last person busted at that port and so when the 2nd red is busted stealing at that port then the game has no record that the 1st red was busted there? Thanks for any help you can give me

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will probably correct me, but yes, I believe that is how it works. However, please note: if someone has busted there already, the system, IIRC, is set up to have a higher bust probability.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean the world's not out to get you.

Yes, it only tracks the last bust. Once someone else busts at a port (real bust, not fake), you are clear to run there again. There is no increased probability that you will bust again.

For those who may not know how fake busts works: TW keeps track of where each player successfully steals or robs last. If you try to steal from the same port again you will always be busted. You lose experience points and holds, however it is a fake bust because if you successfully steal somewhere else, you can come right back and steal from that port where you fake busted. Your chances of getting caught are the same as any other port where you haven't been busted.
