 Invicible Ferrengal and Fedspace question.

Hi. What does "Invincible Ferrengal" mean? Does it mean that I cannot destroy Ferrengal?

Also, can you launch G torps in Fedspace? Can you overload Fedspace, especially Sector 1 resulting in destruction of Terra (with luck)?
