We have a bunch of evils in our game now. It seems everyone has gone evil. Most also have an ISS. The question is, (I will throw out to my team mates - who are evil as well) can I free Fleet Admiral Clausewitz, and also Admiral Nelson? This would cause all the evils to lose thier ISS'. Then I could (can I?) resupply my team of evils with an ISS (buy as corporate) while the all true evil corps will have a problem.

So how can I locate where they are locked up?
