hey everybody, i have never really played evil before, and before i play a whole game being evil i would like to know some stuff about it first, 1)what are the advantages and disadvantages of playing evil. 2)does it pay off ,in the long run, to rob, or is it just better to steal. 3)base building, it must be harder if your evil cause you cant twarp into fedspace, so how do i see evil players getting these huge bases. 4)when your evil and you run into a federal officer (such as zyrain) does he blow you up, or is it only if your in a iss and your evil?. 5) what are the "rules" of playing evil?.
