Hey! It says in the docs when you're about to build a port that the creator gets a 'cut o the action' for building a port. After having built 4 ports, I see absolutely no evidence of this whatsoever.

How do I get a cut of some form of action? What % of the business done do I get? (That is, how much money per 1000 credits spent/made there?) Under what conditions do I get said monies and under what conditions do I lose money (if any)?

Plus, how would a good player get together enough money to fight with an evil with 500,000 exp? Is it even possible?
