From what I understand the registration code turn around can take a long time here. It seems that there is a lot of trouble around emailing back to the customer, possible open relay/blacklisted smtp(?), anyways what is the average acceptable time on registration code emails? I paid via paypal and I've sent 3 total messages to the provided contact addresses. I have not received one reply. I got a bit worried when I noticed that nothing has really been updated on the mainpage for a long time but it looks like the forums are alive and well. Thanks guys for any assistance. This message is not meant as a complaint but more as an investigation of where my money has gone. Again, Thanks! -eod |

I keep hearing about people not recieving their reg codes. John has been busy trying to fix any problems in his TWGS program , and will get to YOUR reg when he has time , since you have sent 3 emails already and all your info has been sent plus payment. Its time to sit back and wait .. after 30 days .. begin a new email and state you've waitted patiently for a month ... Then after you recieve REG , thank him for his reply in timely maner. But in the mean time maybe go download a bunch of TWA files of game edits , so when you get your reg you will have some games to look at and put up for players. And as always , If you need any help with edits or game ideas drop me a line and I'll do what I can to help ya p.s. All others FLAME me in smack .. cause I dont read that area anyways <lol> |

JP has also had some email account problems lately, I think over the weekend at least he wasn't able to get his mail. Just give it a bit of time, it will probably be straightened out within a week. |

(most of the time) |
