well, fact #1. JP handles all of that stuff personally.
fact #2. JP i believe is still in the process of moving, when he gets settled in, i'm sure he'll crack a beer, sit down, and start going through his no doubt countless emails and orders and such and you will get yours then.

he said he'd be gone only like a couple weeks (on here on the forum, you can look it up) so i will go as far to guess unless complications came up, i will say... mmm maybe sometime next week he'll be back? (just a personal guess from what he said on the forums)
