It's been 2 weeks, i have e-mailed john twice.. i still have not received my registration codes. I don't know where else to turn to .. i either need those codes or a refund for the money i already sent. This is really starting to get aggravating.. HOW MUCH LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THESE CODES!?!?!?!?!?[:(!][:(!]

Since you "SENT" the money-

A. It was a check, and they're waiting for it to be cleared.

B. It was cash, and I wouldn't send you a code either, since the mail man got it first.

C. It was a money order, and john doesn't have a bank accnt, so he's trying to find some place to cash it (usually takes 6 months for that)

D. You didn't specify an email address with your payment, and he was forced to send the codes snail mail-

I generally get a reply in a timly fashion from JP, for my Valid questions.. However, if I saw something in my box, from you, written like that, assuming I don't know you, and don't reconize your email address, since it wasn't included with your payment. I wouldn't answer you either.


Add that to the fact that your complaining about something in the wrong forum, I'd delete it before I even opened it. I wouldn't doubt it if 50 people a day emailed JP asking for codes they never paid for. I don't know if you paid for your codes or not, nor will I assume either way- However, I can promise, if this is a valid request you will get your code.

Just like the rest of us.


How you get your code, depends on how much of your brainpower you used when you 'sent' payment.


(Just my experience with paying for software, including TWAR *My GOD that was a hassle* heh)

i sent it via paypal and is confirmed I e-mailed him with the e-mail address to send them to as well as the confirmation adn transaction number for the paypal transfer. The two e-mails i have sent him have not been vile in anyway.. and if someone would clearly mark the appropriate place for inquiries such at these maybe i wouldn't post in the wrong place.

#1 you need to learn patience, JP is busy trying to get out the next version of TWGS.

#2 you need to check that attitude. Try emailing JP again and calmly and collectively ask him nicely to check on the status of your order. There may be something holding it up like Graz said. Be sure to include your check number if you entered the check, or Paypal reference number if you paid by Paypal, etc. This is so he can verify payment. If payment is not verified, you will not get your codes.

#3 It may be possible that the codes were sent but your email bounced, or your Spam filter saw it as Spam. If you are using a free web mail like Yahoo or Hotmail, it can fill up quick and bounce email or send some legit email to the Junk folder.

#4 It may be possible that your check bounced or is waiting for verification, check with your bank to see if it has been cashed. If not, it has not been verified yet. It may also have been lost in postal mail. As Graz said, hope you did not send in cash. Out of state checks may take longer to verifiy.

#5 Maybe you typed in your email wrong and he sent the codes, but the email bounced. Ask JP nicely to verify your email, give him the details on your order so he can look it up and verify it.

This is not the end of the world, remember that you are dealing with a person and not a machine. Many things can happen to delay the codes to be sent to you. It is a matter of figuring out what exactly happened. So do not jump to conclusions. Remember to ask nicely and just maybe you will get a response.

i also used the order form creator that is in TWAR designed to do just this. So I did everything requested on the ordering page. I"m not stupid.. but thanks for the implication anyways[:(!]

I have e-mailed him twice calmly and collectively but no response from either e-mail.. the second e-mail was a request for any information i may still need to provide to get my codes.. and I still have no codes.. My bank shows the payment was made.. i had included the paypal transaction ID, everything you said.. and i have checked my folder every day including my bulk folder on yahoo, and have yet to recieve a response. I have a patience but 2 weeks is a bit too long.

First off... have you been emailing jpritch@eisonline.com ? If so, please send me a private message with your email address and I'll see if I can contact JP about it. He normally has a pretty good turn-around time for getting out codes, unless he is out of town or for some other reason unable to do them.

It takes awhile the first time, I have seen several messages and mine took a couple weeks, But once you have them, he is very quick to help, I just requested my codes and he got them to me the next day.

If payment was made, you should get them soon enough. As Fido said it took him a couple of weeks. Just wait another week or so, you are sure to get them. Private Message Harley and he can contact JP for you and see what the delay is.

Should be on it's way to being resolved. Tchiak apparently isn't receiving the email John is sending.

Great then postal mail it or call him up on the phone and read it to him. Either he entered his email address wrong, or the mail is bouncing.

That was one of the reasons why I said you might not be receiving your email, the junk folder ate it.

the problem is i didn't even see it in my junk folder.. cause i had that same thought so i had to sift through hundreds of ***** enlargement and real estate scams each day looking for it
