ERROR IN NON-PLAYER DATA FILE. RESETTING ALL GOLD ALIENS! what the hell does that mean and anyone know how to fix it? |

I have never heard of it before. I would guess it means there was an error with the alien data file and to correct it the data was reset. |

i tried everyhting, only way to fix was delete the game manually and rebang it |

Probably some sort of corruption. If that's the case, about all that can fix it is a rebang. |

I had this problem once when I removed a few aliens from a game that had way too many. The result was the same error , due to ships being from a race that no longer existed. Going over ships (owners when spawned) may help to correct this. But I'de also check the Spawn setting to see the ships and lanets were set right as well. It took me 3 re-bangs before Tedit would see things right and work.
