TW 2002 v 3.11.55 Gold I'm finding if I put more than 50K fighters in some sectors, the game removes them, leaving only 50K. Just yesterday I created a new planet in a sector and left 100K fighters. Today there is only 50K fighters in the sector. Many of my sectors are behaving normally and aren't having this problem. However, I have tested these abnormal sectors and they are continually reset to 50K fighters if there is anything over 50K. |

You should check to see if aliens hit the fighters in question. There is a bug where aliens can, with certain settings, hit your fighters and reduce them to 50k even if they hit them with a scout with 250 fighters. I dont know all the background on the bug and I havent had it occur in any games I host but I am sure others can give you specifics. |

This kind of happened to me, but it was an Overlord from Shorty's game that took out my sector figs. For some reason I did not get the message that the figs were gone, and when I tried to Twarp into that sector, bye bye Dark Nebula. When I went to the port in that sector in a different ship using regular warp, it said "An Overlord" had recently ported with that port. I was using J-TWAT at the time, no blind twarp protection like SWATH or ATTAC has. The Overlord has a huge number of figs on him. |

Shorty is right there is a bug where aliens will do that. I lost 5 mil figs that way. Had a ship that could not land and we were taking the alien planet. Dropped 5mil figs in sec. Landed on planet to get more and an alien was in sec and 50k figs left. Amazing. |
