For some reason my TWGS won't resolve my name to my ip address. the ip is correct, and I can ping my ip by name. This much at least tells me the name resolves back to the ip itself. Still, I double check all the settings and TWGS still won't seem to work. It tells me "Error resolving name address (11001)".

Maybe you could add your DNS entry into your own host table on the server... (don't think this will work since you can already resolve your IP, but you can try)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
The syntax is basically your IP a tab or space and your dns name (on one line)
Or use the DNS name in the TWGS config itself.. not sure how TWGS is set up.
