I'm ok ;) I have been offline longer than expected from the move because of... complications. Without getting into too much detail, the fbi still has all of my stuff as evidence. If any of you saw the 20/20 episode about two weeks ago about the moving company scams, you know what I'm talking about. But I am back online now and I'll start getting caught back up.

Ouch. Sorry for being so snippy - I was just getting worried since I had heard nothing.

Moving company scams? Missed that 20/20, what are they doing so I know what to watch out for when I use a moving company, or maybe I should just move the stuff myself. Ohhh. my aching back. :)

I saw what JP is refering to on Dateline NBC. Moving companies (Mainly based in NY) hold customers stuff and demand x5 to x7 times the origional price, and if the customers refuse to pay more the movers either sell the stuff on eBay or just turn it to crap and dump it in the front yard.
