 Logging into tedit remotely on a diffrent port

I saw it on playtw.org where you could use port 2002 to log into tedit how would you set that up?

Go into your TWGS and stop the server. Go into configure and go to the server tab. Set the admin port to 2002 and set a password. Then you start the server log into it on port 2002 instead of 23 and bam you are in tedit.
Unless of course you do not own TWGS, then you have to get the sysop to do that for you, but he will have to give you his admin password. And that is highly frowned upon in the TW community.
