does the class O ports regenerate if blown up?

I know this is going to be a stupid question but I am curious to know. If a player in a game blows up Rylos and Alpha Centuri will those ports regenerate or are they totally lost when a player blows them up. I'm just wanting to know what happens after yopu destroy a Class O port.

It will be rebuilt on the rad clear cycle just the same as SD.

So will Sol. They all rebuild when the radiation clears, and they come back with a rating 2500 higher than the last port blown. Eventually they're the same as invincible.
Blowing up a class 0 or 9 port is lame anyhow, imho.
