Is their a way to keep mail dat file from going corrupt? I keep on getting bad mail files and if anyone has suggestions I would appreciate it.

What version of twgs are you using? What's the adress to your server? Might be something in how you have it set up. I don't know of anything right off hand, but if I saw it, I might be able to say "that looks different."

Is it all of your games, or just one game? How often are your mail files going corrupt?

Mail files usually go corrupt if you have lots of aliens and they are ACTIVE while peeps offline, MASS FIG REPORTS seem to OVER LOAD the mail file.

You can delete the mail file per game basis, and twgs will generate a new file automaticly.

Best to turn off ALIENS
so they SLEEP when peeps not in game.
