TWGS Error Binding player listener 10049

 I have installed TWGS and am getting the above listed error. any ideas on what this means?

most likely, you are running a telnet server also and you set TWGS to listen on port 23.

The above idea is a good one, but also if you are using a domain service (such as I) make sure your ip didnt change. If your ip changes I believe that is the error when the server tries to start.
