I am getting ready to set up a new game and have a question.

If I create a new game using a prior games settings, will it keep the user database?

If not, is there a way to import the user database from a previous game so I don't have to rekey?

It keeps the settings, but not the users. If you wanted to "import" the same users from the previous game you could write a script to save the users to a text file. An another script to add the users in that text file to the game.
