I'm sure this is the wrong place to ask about it, but who do I contact in order to get replacement codes? I regustered a while back and have lost the codes. Any suggestions? |

This was an old post, but I am having the same problem. I sent this message: Hello. I have been trying to find out how to recover my lost registration codes from 1998. I was out of the country in 2002 and a fire in my house destroyed most of my computer wares. Recently, I discovered a box of discs in storage that were salvaged from the fire and was overjoyed to discover my old TW discs. I purchased a Gold version and wrote the codes outside on the disc, but the writing is faded. I have tried EIS, but the page no longer comes up. Do you know who I can contact to get my codes back? I sincerely appreciate any help you can give me. briankeithcooper@hotmail.com Can anyone help? |

"Tell them I'm in the process of switching my ISP and hosting services and my mail will be back up within a few days. I'll process this then." I contacted JP directly and this was his reply, a 72 hr delay at the most. So Zanus plz know you codes will be emailed to the address you registered with. |
