I'm trying to find out if any MBBS/WG sysops have purchased the HVS version of TW2002 through Datasafe. Datasafe purchased Trade Wars 2002 for MBBS from HVS when they went out of business. Datasafe claims that it doesn't sell TW2002, yet it has it on its web site for sale and refused to take it down when I requested that they do so. I own a part interest in the HVS version, so if they're selling it, they owe me royalties. I actually want to stop them from selling it entirely, because it is not supported and has serious bugs that cannot be fixed.

If anyone has purchased the game from Datasafe, let me know.
