i ran across this by accident. yesterday i evicted a player from citadel so i could test my attack scripts on him. he's just a dupe, but i never logged him in, just attacked him while he was offline. today, i logged in and saw what i expected - the dupe was in the sector... then i went to log in the dupe so that i could do some head-to-head, and watch what happens... Sector : 4075 in uncharted space. Planets : <<<< (H) . >>>> (Shielded) Traders : Gunnery Sergeant dupe [4], w/ 9,299 ftrs, in heh (High Velocity Ltd BattleShip) Ships : .
