 tradewars 2002 and netmodem

i'm running netmodem/32 (1.0.4.mL) as my telnet server for my bbs, and have no idea what i'm supposed to put for the fossil port in the node configuration of tradewars because netmodem makes no mention of any such thing.

i'm running 2 nodes:

node 1 - emulates COM3
node 2 - emulates COM4

how can i find out what fossil ports netmodem is using?
