Didn't the citadels upgrade at extern in the past?
I noticed tonight that after extern my planets that should have been level 4 are still lvl 3 with 1 day to go. they had 1 day to go all day today though
we are playing on version .46
If they did upgrade at extern in the past, is this a change made in .46? was it moved to midnight? The server I play on has extern at 9 pm....
