I am using a Java Telnet Client off of a Web Page for the BBS. It works well with the BBS but will not log in completely to the TWGS Server.

On the BBS, I have the localecho turned off. On the TWGS side, I turn it on in order for the keyboard to respond. Since I can use a plain jane Telnet Client on either, I am wondering what is different with TWGS that would cause it to not react to excactly the same settings (except for the localecho settings) as with the BBS.

I run exactly the same settings I am attempting to get TWGS to run with with the SpaceQuest game server and it works fine.

Any suggestions?
